No work life balance, Zero professionalism, Higher management is never open for discussions, too many unnecessary meetings, no value addition from the higher management.No proper planning, Politics is more than value added business discussions, no safety on the job. zero support. Even will be harassed for the final payment after leaving the job as well. Lack of knowledge and expertise in the managers
