Benefits are good. A lot of paid time off, tuition reimbursement, stout 401k match.

Cons

Lack of promoting from within the company. Often management will bring people from the outside who have to lean heavily on current employees rather than just promoting from within.

Good compensation and growth. Good brand to have on your resume, that's about it.

Cons

No work-life Balance. Management consists of people who are so full of themselves. Diversity is hidden reservation. Performers don't get appreciated but boot lickers do. It's a Lala Shop, Dont get flattered by posts on LinkedIn by employee's cz it's all fake. Everyone for some reason is focussing on self branding. There is no life when u are in Schindler. Travel policy is sick..HR says openly that if we exceed 3000 Rs per month ull have to pay from pocket. You must be kidding right...That's how sick it is. Don't go on salary in offer letter.
