Pros
-The pay and benefits are excellent. The benefits are some of the best I have ever seen, but don't make up for the grueling and stressful work.
Cons
-Poor work culture. Being rude to your co-workers is perfectly acceptable. The only thing management cares about is meeting ridiculously high metrics. -Deadlines set by management are incredibly tight and not flexible. You are expected to meet all deadlines no matter what and often have to work overtime and on the weekends. It is not uncommon to work over 12 hours in a day. - Incredibly high turnover rate and minimal training. People leave the company frequently due to the stress. Other employees are then forced to take on their responsibilities with little to no training.
