      Company structure, Operations & procedures are good. Good training and allowance structure.

      Cons

      But more attrition and will feel less secure with regards to Job. Any time we may loose job. Also management side they will threaten stating you will get fired. On weekly basis. Even if we are able to manage our performance. Every conversation will complete with one statement. You will loose your job. Not for one but for all.
