Good development as an engineer. Challenging and exciting teamwork. Generally good communication. Individuals in management are very good. You can meet some great people, willing to help if they can. Stable job and good benefits like gym, social friday late afternoon drinks. You can be proud to be part of a international company.

Cons

Management style (engineering) can be assimilated to a mushroom farmer (feed them ____ and keep them in the dark). 9-5 but if you want to be in the purple circle then 7-7. Make sure everyone knows the pain and suffering you give. Zero innovation - Current Innovative projects main objectives are the ongoing PR generationed. Hope you like AutoCAD. Pay level you go in with sticks doesn't expect a pay rise. Ideas of improvement/innovation put straight into your suggestion box next to your desk. If you're anything but considerably left wing, hide.
