Pros

Self-sufficient, being a distributor will leave you with leeway enough to choose your own starting hours within the delivery deadline.

Cons

The pay does not compensate for the work that is done. Terrible weather might stand in the way of a ordeal working day.

Pros

- Hired some extremely capable people in the past couple of years (e.g. CTO) - Organisation has strong ambition - Pays well

Cons

- Unable to let go of business practices that should go the way of the dinosaurs - HR needs to catch up to the needs of the business big time! - Sort out IT infrastructure to be truly global
