      "Global" Organisation with Norwegian focus

      Pros

      Colleagues are nice, there are lots of social events and challenging things to work on every day

      Cons

      There is a lack of diversity in certain parts of the organisation and some are unwilling to adapt to working in different ways (i.e old methods in non tech side of the organisation), office space and perks range from location to location

      Pros

      A lot of autonomy and trust: the teams decide mostly themselves how they want to work, and what technology to use. Very modern stack and constant evaluation of new tech.

      Cons

      Some teams sit in open office landscape which can be quite noisy.
