      Pros

      Very well funded, the company invests heavily in its future and its employees. The company is always trying to reinvent itself.

      Cons

      Schibsted is a large group (7000 ppl) with a constellation of different companies across the world and it can be slow to get everyone moving in the same direction; although its getting much better since a couple of years.
