- If you take the resposibility given to you, you get all the work freedom you need - You don't get a better work/life balance! - Working with the newest tech - You own little locale team decide what tech to work on and if it should be changed or updated

Cons

- For a company this size and with the highly public visible brands that they own the offices could be more modern - Silo based. There are multiple departments and it feels like it is every department for them self - Not the highest base pay in the industri compared to the size and profits of the company
