      Working from home, flexible working time, office close t-central

      Cons

      The graveyard for innovation, delivery focus without considering the quality. No personal growth, less than 20% is what I called good tech people. The code base quality is the same level with college student quality. Terrible benefits and terrible office. Most of the verbal communication is in Swedish, some email announcement is in Swedish.

      Nice place to work but senior leadership was flaky

      Pros

      Good people, relaxed environment, middle management general easy going and lots of flexibility around work patterns, with many different teams that usually translated to good career development opportunities.

      Cons

      Continual re-organisation of the company, wishy washy performance review processes that weren't always helpful.
