      Nice company culture where people are generally open and kind. Generally very work/life-balance friendly and family-positive policies. Schibsted generally likes to promote from within if they can, and give people the chance to try something new to build their career within the company.

      Cons

      It's a huge company so there can be some friction and waiting for bigger-scale decision making.
