      A lot of freedom and leeway in how to complete the job. And you basically get to pick your own hours as long as you are finished before 6.

      Cons

      The guidance was inadequate and there were a lot of small frustrations such as the fact that you dont get paid for picking up the newspapers and the packages. Which can often take 10-30 minutes on its own.
