Schibsted is a employer that cares about people, there's a culture of innovation and sharing of information and a sense of common goals. Just a really great place to work together with great people.
Cons
Sometimes due to the many brands that make up Schibsted there is conflicting goals and the central tech stacks can be a little complicated in order to accommodate very different teams.
