      Management not sufficiently capable - many problems and questions that need to be addressed that they can’t seem to handle well/correctly. Declining business, competition from other tech giants they can’t handle well. A lot of politics and egos among managers that obstruct valuable business to be made Not so good diversity, quite homogenuous tbh…
