Work/life balance is great. Compensation is good and company is willing to invest in your personal development.

Cons

The company is still undertaking a move away from legacy technology and processes, some of which can make work tedious or needlessly complex. Lots of red tape compared to smaller companies, but this is to be expected anywhere of this size

The people are wonderful. The benefits a good. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Some Management bullie their staff for results and do not follow the Santander Way. The pay is not in line with current market rates. No career opportunities.

We don't condone any form of bullying or harassment and this is made clear within the business and we hope that you were able to flag any occasions that you saw through the various support channels available to you. We have recently re-launched the Santander Way with a reduced number of behaviours (5) and have had several road shows with our people managers to help embed this, they will now be holding similar sessions with their teams.
