The VP directing AML department is not aware of how to analyze alerts, and that derives in putting insane pressure on tasks. Career path: No chance of being promoted on the area. It is rather like working on the coal sector of the Titanic ship. No chance of climbing up the ladder. Incentives: No incentives, just the stick. Intelectual challenge: Non-existent.
