small company that grew to fast - infrastructure not stable at the cost of employees and service to customers - bottom line is $ not service - good ol boy system still in effect from HR to senior management

This is the most ass backwards company that I ever worked for they don't value the quality employee and could care less if you had good skill set its all about how much butt you kiss to move up. We constantly hear about reps getting hired with NO experience. They hardly promote from within and never give raises. They cut your pay then want you to work even harder for less money.
