Pros
For anybody new to banking or financial services who wants to progress and work in a face to face role, this will give you a decent grounding with exposure to many different types of clients. A very prudent bank, with a growing reputation and some good ideas.
Cons
Very slow to implement ideas. Systems need updating, and some very old procedures which waste valuable time. Very sales orientated which isn't always in the best interest of the client.
