It's a very negative work environment that does not encourage communication. I worked there for 1.5 years and after a year I knew it was not for me. The work environment is great but the people are not trained or encouraged to use standard corporate protocale or basic communication skills. It was a constant challenge to deal with the lack of morale and bad culture. Bottom line, the corporate CULTURE IS BAD

low-caliber of long-term staff, no clear or cohesive vision of a strategic plan. Unsure where they should be positioned in terms of traded markets, thus no real commitment in many areas.
