Pros
There is nothing positive working here except to find out what a mismanaged company is.
Cons
Leadership is from internal promotions from an Asm to rsm which are not deserved. Majority is women who are ill equipped and brain washed to manage by intimidation and no industry knowledge. As an Asm you are treated like a child judged on how many calls and emails you logged that day. You are subject to canned conference calls about what not to discuss or how to act at a national sales meeting, "no puke breathe, you will show up early and not leave until the event is done". More or less don't embarrass your rsm.
