      Pros

      Environment is dynamic. There are plenty of opportunities to advance your technical skills. State of the art IT infrastructure. Good place to horn your skill set.

      Cons

      Pay is bias. The rewarding system is broken. High performer doesn't mean you get the high pay. Management sees the problem but has no intention to fix it so that the good, knowledgeable employees would stay. The employee turnaround rate is high. 10 days vacation is not very competitive.

      Lack of training, inconsistency with policies and procedures, managers don't seem to be on the same page, lack of opportunity for growth.
