      Hard work and intelligence is rewarded. Good Management team in the commercial bank segment (middle market specifically) Bank is working towards improving employee satisfaction

      Cons

      Re-orgs annually/lots of Sr. management changes (all the time) Haven't figured out clear strategy on how to succeed in the commercial banking space (strategy has changed significantly over the last three years) Credit is not necessarily rewarded well; over-time is welcome

      1. Institutional instability continues. Three CEOs in last 21 months. Each time a change, new guy brings in his people with no institutional loyalty or commitment to existing employees; If considering a job, ask why the person left and how many bosses the hiring manager has had in the past 4-6 years. Likely answer will be 4-6 bosses. Significant employee turnover and customer runoff. 2. HR is horrendous. Autocratic expense control group that provides no support to the business in hiring or retaining staff. 3. CCAR : Company has failed CCAR process past two years. A third failure could result in much more serious consequences. 4. Inferior products and systems
