      They want to move all of IT to Mexico and will fire any American who tries to impede this

      Pros

      The pay is competitive. Vacation time is industry standard. Flexible work schedule and hours. Perfect bank for passbook savings clients.

      Cons

      Micro-management of results. Computer system logic is from the 1980s. Staff is left with an ineffective tool to manage clients of the 21st century.

      Pros

      Good place to start your career in the banking industry.

      Cons

      Their system to provide service is really old. Now they trying to go universal, so they won't have to pay additional employees and the only results are going to be worst customer service, because now every team member is only looking for sales and if somebody comes with an issue nobody wants to take care of it.(all they had to do was hire an extra part time teller in every branch). Please wake-up this branches are not in store branches like citizens.
