Stupidly high sales goals, care more about sales than customer service. Upper management hounds you for the tiniest things, there's zero communication and staffing is awful. Extremely high turnover rate and everyone I've ever know who's worked there or currently works there absolutely hates it. They can't keep employees because they're treated like garbage and it's so obvious within a month of being there how bad it really is because even customers hate the institution and complain about pointless fees. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone as a customer or employee.

Long hours in the Accounting/Finance dept, no discount or employer paid parking, politics and favoritism, no room for growth, company is expanding/growing too fast and not enough workers, very unstable, horrible managers that should not be in that role. Seems that management is comfortable in their role and does whatever is necessary to keep it, even if it means throwing you under the bus.
