Pros

Great culture change for the bank, but many hurdles and internal management resistance / barriers to make it happen

Cons

Still old style managers in place with old rigid and not innovative culture / attitudes: extreme hierarchical views and attitudes, with cero acceptance to challenge, and with lack of respectful manners. There is no formal grievance processes in place to denounce unacceptable managerial behaviors. HR old school department takes positions on Management side leaving employees helpless and at their own stake.

Pros

Some of the pros of working at Santander are: international scope, culture, brand, compensation, amazing benefits, work-life balance, job security, professionalism

Cons

Perhaps the two things that I could improve at Grupo Santander are its technology resources and its level of seniority
