      Strong name within the medical community, strong products promoted, constant training, great health insurance, leadership options, work with people of all skills

      Cons

      most products are now generic, weak pipeline, communication from Executive to field management level is slow if at all accurate, initiatives that do not increase business

      Abillity to improve heath and wellness of others. Work on vaccine projects that benefit third world countries. Work with others outside of my company site.

      Lack of support for newer technologies. To locked into how it has always been done. Lack of support to participate in relevant conferences and meetings.
