      Under staffed and under funded, but you will gain great experience because you are not pigeon holed into a single role.

      Pros

      They are pretty aggressive in M&A, so this creates continual change in the business structure. If you are fast on your feet you can take advantage of this to expand your professional experiences. Vacation time is reasonable and nobody questions you for taking time off. Good team based environment and generally some very good people to work with. Annual equity granted to all employees.

      Cons

      An very poor track record of completing performance reviews in a timely and consistent manner. You are always doing at least three jobs at a time, which means you live life by a fire drill in this company.

      I learned a lot in a short period of time. They have good products and the training is good.

      Cons

      Downsizing due to generic competition and upcoming patent expirations. This company is facing the same challenges as other large pharmaceutical companies.

      great place to work as a summer student, flexible hours, great pay for a student wage, opportunity to learn lots of new things

      hard to get a full time job once education has been completed can only work there once as a summer student
