      Never know who is being laid off next, or when, & very little promotion potential - morale is terrible.

      Pros

      The benefits package is very good, especially the 401K match and vacation days. The cafeteria is also good. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Morale is very low and pressure is high. So many people have been let go that the remaining employees are doing the work of three. Neither promotions nor firings seem to be based on talent, knowledge, or accomplishments. HR changes its review process and approach every year.

      Pros

      excellent vacation policy! the work done there is very important you can really take pride in your work pay is good for the area

      Cons

      extremely top heavy way too many layers the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing relies way too heavily on temporary workers advancement opportunities are few and far in between - hr is known for coming up with "new rules" on the fly

      Pros

      -Very good pay -great boss and colleages -good benefits -clean, well stocked labs with lots of money to purchase commercial kits which makes lab work a lot more effort-saving, with less frustration -Pride in working for the largest company dedicated to vaccines

      Cons

      -work can be repetitive (smiliar experiments for weeks/years) -can be difficult to advance
