      Pros

      none, employees are being treated like disposable tissue.

      Cons

      clueless leadership, what will be tomorrow's buzzword. Viehbacher should be sent to prison for the Glaxo fiasco. How long before next batch of clowns will want to execute a totally different stragegy and tell us we need to focus on the core pharmaceutical business.
