      Frustrating as there is a lack of quality leadership

      Pros

      The people are all very nice and helpful and you'll have access to the members of the leadership team no matter what level you are in the organisation.

      Cons

      Access to the leadership team will give you an insight into how they lack accountability and will hide behind "leadership team" decisions and defering to Paris rather than commiting to their own strategy for the UK organisation.

      It's better than being back in the Pharma area

      Rewarding job, still have some decent benefits, speciality vaccines keep the company in business and you working, close to home

      Cons

      Recent changes made to stay competitive has lowered morale and eliminated some benefits. You have to tell yourself that you are one of the lucky ones to have a job weekly.
