Pros
Benefits and company culture are a definite plus. The culture is an interesting mix of local Pocono mountain and rural PA with urban French headquarters culture. Good opportunities for advancement, sometimes requiring relocation to other sites.
Cons
Salaries somewhat lower than for comparable positions in New Jersey or in suburban Philadelphia areas but cost of living is lower in this part of PA. Like at lot of companies these days, they expect employees to put a lot of hours, do whatever it takes to get the job done.
