good location in Kendall square, beautiful building with great cafeteria etc., good benefits, tuition reimbursement, T pass and parking partially paid

Cons

culture under sanofi is very different than Genzyme used to be. Bosses are all over the world and country making communication difficult sometimes. Big pharma atmosphere makes it easy for everyone to pass the buck and no one takes accountability for anything
