Constantly reorganizing and restructuring leads to constant management changes. French leadership and culture doesn't align well to US workforce. Constantly outsourcing certain functions to low bidders and get poor service as a result.

Good pay, great vacation and benefits, coworkers and direct managers are great! Company had great products and leadership, but that has dried up.

Cons

Lack of senior leadership. This company will make a great case study for business school about what happens to a company when they forget who they are. Sanofi has forgotten that they are a pharmaceutical company. Leadership has gutted any future hope
