Pros
Excellent benefits, good culture. Generally treat employees well. Fair compensation.
Cons
Inexperienced / untrained middle managers. Company grows by aquisition and are not good at integrating aquired companies. Convoluted internal processes make even simple tasks slow and difficult. Contracts out many positions. Contractors are treated like second class citizens even though they are doing critical work and often outperfoming employees.
