      Pros

      The pay is inline with industry standards. The people are nice.

      Cons

      The work load is too high. You are expected to see 21 patients a day, plus coding inquiries, chart reviews, answer telephone notes, attend staff meetings, do referrals, review labs, etc… You will be bringing a lot of work home.
