      Good colleagues and passion. In theory great potential for innovative professional growth in a dynamic business. Good location and services.

      Too much management turnover and lack of consistent strategy. Long term vision and strategies more often than not not being generated and / or pursued, creating great ambiguity about objectives and productive performance.
