      mid level managers are knowledgable

      Cons

      newly hired senior level managers are only "book" smart. once they are hired their first action is to hire support people to get the work done. senior management (including PG) does not walk the talk with values and culture

      Good benefits. If you like OT this is the place to be. First shift hours are good for operations workers.

      Cons

      No advancement, lack of development, training department loses training documents, no work life balance for operations.

      Good place to work it you want to learn more about pharmaceuticals. There are a lot of departments to move into if your interested.

      Cons

      There are a lot of pros and cons about the industry. It is a big company so production is paramount. You will get lost in the shuffle if your one of the underlings.
