      Pros

      Very nice place to work with. Flexible working hours. Challenging and time bound tasks. Sufficient work life balance, and welfare of the employees are considered priority. Best practices in the industry, Good and highly integrated system. Very high compensations for the top performers and reasonable salary and benefits overall.

      Cons

      Not much to say. Getting an additional headcount for additional work load used to be much time consuming.
