      A very good environment, people are important and there is good collaboration between people and transparent communication. Good package of benefits offered to employees.

      Cons

      Some changes due to pharma regulations at global level might change processes and the amount of requirements can create some burdens.

      A fine company for people who are interested in clean, stable employment. Not so much for people with career ambitions.

      Pros

      Great people, Straight forward work, Gain a great deal of skills. There is a tremendous about of opportunity to learn all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Clean work. always willing to invest in safety, quality, and process improvement to make the job better.

      Cons

      They do not promote from within. People move in, and move out. While you will learn many skills, you are not likely to be rewarded for them.
