      Good Policies and processes adhered. Indian culture of work.

      Nothing much to say about the cons, overall the company is good and it would be best if the work pressure is shared.

      Great tuition reimbursement, good benefits, lots of fringe benefits. overtime available (is also a con)

      Cons

      overtime is mandatory almost two to three times a month, if you have a family this means ,lost time from them. the company states that on volunteer overtime that if all slots are not filled or if they do not get enough volunteers then they will mandate everyone, this is forced volunteer overtime! this is my only complaint, if the company could plan better and reduce overtime to accommodate for poor planning then this would be an amazing organization to work for and grow with.

      Wow, where to start?!?!? - Started with being lied to in my interview. Told I was being hired as a scientist and the hardest thing I would have to do is lift a 50 lb box EVERY NOW AND THEN. Wound up writing a 78 page SOP for the manager because she didn't know anything about microbiology. As soon as that was finished, my REAL job began. I was made to work in production lifting 60 lb. boxes all day long. Had to lift boxes from floor to over my head. Co-workers pawned this job on me due to none of them wanting to do it. People with no education are in supervisory positions. Everyone I worked with was miserable. Please, do yourself a favor, DO NOT no matter HOW DESPERATE, ever bother to apply - you'll be VERY sorry!!!
