      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits and co-workers are good to work with.

      Cons

      It's an awful working environment. People are completely stressed out because of chronic under staffing problems. I'm doing the job of two people and nothing ever seems to go as planned, because deadlines are completely unrealistic. Which means plenty of unpaid overtime, weekend work assignments, and no work life balance. This job gives new meaning to the term "Drinking Water from a Fire Hydrant."

      Pros

      There are a lot of great people at Sandoz . The pay and benefits are one of the best in Wilson County. Sandoz is a great Company to work for.

      Cons

      Everyone needs to work together as a team. A few bad apples always ruins the whole bunch.

      Pros

      I really can't think of any pros at this time. I enjoy the people there, however there doesn't seem to be a solid structure.

      Cons

      The company doesn't hire the amount of people it needs. It seems to have many there who are not doing much and the rest are overworked. The company lacks a vision or path forward.
