      Pros

      The company has some of the best talents you can find in the industry and you will have a great time working with a diverse pool of colleagues who are very supportive and know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Like most large organizations, Sandoz is extremely process driven. Although this can be necessary for the business, it kills creativity. Plus management needs improvement.

      Pros

      There were opportunities for growth and promotion if you asked for them. There were ways to be involved in improving your working environment and procedures. They pay well. Great benefits

      Cons

      It was very hard to get in trouble/fired if something went wrong so some poor performers were continuously pushed along and processes were changed constantly despite the usual common denominator. Threatened overtime or a poor performance review if you weren't willing to come in on weekends or go home for food and then come back. I had to come in overtime maybe 2/3 times a quarter Management saying "its hot/urgent" ALL THE TIME and then using excuses like "because I said so" and threatening 'bad things' will happen if you don't. So there was always a sense of rush/panic in the day-to-day.
