Pros
For me, what makes a job great is not the task, but the colleagues and people you work with everyday. At Sandoz, I have had the opportunity to work with amazing, helpful, intelligent and fun people. Every other thing that have come along has just been an added advantage.
Cons
I still think the biggest challenge at the organization is bureaucracy and repeatative process involved from an idea stage to implementation. Although this is normal with the industry and large organisations, I am convinced that alot of it can be worked on to allow the organisation more flexibility.
