I don't even know where to start...most of the problems are mentioned in previous reviews. The majority of issues arise from absolutely horrendous management by non-professionals who have been promoted due to favoritism. At one point my senior told me "it's not that you're bad, it's that you're not a favorite." This may have been acceptable if it weren't for the back-breaking work (60 hours/week) and unreasonable deadlines. Only work at this site if it is your last option, and have a plan on how to get out.

Disorganized, chaotic, no room for advancement unless you are a man and live in Quebec. They make you pay your own credit cards as well, which is unprofessional. They reimburse you for paying a card- makes no sense to add an extra step into paying company expenses. Dealing with a lay-off situation where they are not being very honest, refusing to provide access to information, and are demanding we pay our last bills before being reimbursed for the expenses- which is not company policy- policy is to reimburse and then employee pays the bill. If they are concerned about trust issues with repayment, they need to understand we are as well. I’ve asked for a detailed explanation of dates for repayment. Refused to provide. One employee paid her bill before being reimbursed several weeks ago and I still waiting on reimbursement. This company is a liability.
