Great Work Life & Balance Good Salary International working environment Great Canteen at campus with many different food choices Flexible working from home policy

Cons

Campus is quite far from Munich center and a lot of time is needed for commute Promotions are hard to get with lots of internal external competition Very long recruitment timelines for jobs taking several months Currently company is separating from Novartis therefore future is unclear
