      - dynamic role - team leader very sweet - we can work independently - friendly environment - nice colleagues - different projects - there is some space to pick up projects related to our interests

      Cons

      - we cannot grow very much in the company - there is almost no investment in trainings - sometimes is too chaotic: many projects to manage, deadlines to meet. It can be difficult to find a good work-life balance - terrible office: very old, completely outdated, bad furniture - terrible food in the cantine
