Everyone knows everyone. Easy access to anyone in the organization. Days off are good. Long Christmas break.

Cons

Salary could be better. They are reintroducing work from office mandatorily for 50-60% of the time. Travel from Montreal could be a bit far. Being a Francophone is more helpful to your career here.
