Business Outlook
Pros
Very welcoming employees. They have PTO and Holiday pay. Up and coming company, that plans to expand in the near future. The crew you work with is very close, like family even though it is a big crowd.
Cons
Very fast pace. The work load is sometimes unbearable. They like to point fingers, and give blame. It seems everyone is pushed to compete against each other.
