-No big pros as such. -You can get a chance to visit Korea if lucky. - Located in the NCR region. - Get samsung products at a flat discount of 25%

Cons

-Rude Management -No salary hikes -No appraisals -Very rare on-site opportunity -Strict office times. -Attendance overweight's performance -To much of office politics

lack of work-life balance, asian culture, poor recognition of hard work, pay is not as good as it could be for middle and lower level positions

Cons

There is a weak point in the new bussiness planing for chip business or software / service business. The company is trying to expand business area without long-term strategy.
