      1. Better salaries when compared to similar players. 2. Free facilities such as transport and food. 3. Travel opportunities are good compared to other companies.

      Cons

      1. Bad work culture, SISO management does not have any power to take decisions. 2. Strict timings, breakfast closes by 8.15 am. 3. No adherence to policies during work.

      Pays a little higher than industry standards Product based Company Free facilities(break fast + lunch + Dinner + transport) Good technical work

      Cons

      A little higher pay can cost you dearly :) Typical Korean culture is followed(work, work and work) little or no work life balance( expect late nights + weekends often + if @ onsite then work like dogs) horrible HR policies Commercialization projects are pathetic reduced onsite component recently
